This Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. in the Alcazar Room at City Hall, St Augustine City Manager John Regan will attend a special meeting of the City Commission to complete the appointed City Official's annual review. Regan is one of only three city employees that are hired directly by the City Commission.
